For the past 7 years, we’ve been baking fresh, high-quality bread right here at KAUST, bringing flavors from around the world to our community. We love good bread—made the slow way, with long fermentation, fresh-milled grains, and a variety of natural starters. 

Whether it’s a hearty sourdough, a childhood favorite, or something new to try, we put our hearts into our daily baking. We bake Sunday to Friday, always happy to make your day a little better with a good loaf.
